Section (581.217) State Hemp Program for Florida Hemp
Healthy Hemp Outlet celebrates it's 3 year anniversary this April 2020. We strive to set examples on how Industrial Derived Hemp is perceived by consumers. Our goal is to help bring basic and easy to understand awareness to the Cannabis Subject. We hope to enlighten consumers with simple stories that relate every day life that we know into examples of how Hemp may enable a persons endocannabinoid system to function.
We encourage Hemp enthusiest to search online for the subject "CBD and my ECS" to find additional articles they prefer and may appreciate, this in turn brings a stronger awareness and appreciation to what we simply like to refer to as mother natures plan, we're just trying to help connect the dots for people interested in learning more.
As part of our efforts to set positive examples in the Hemp Trade in Florida, the USA and World Wide, Healthy Hemp Outlet (owned by DNA LLC) is on the forefront of compliance measures. We have applied to the Florida State Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Retail Hemp Food Establishment Permit. Below is more info and a copy/paste of Section 581.217 Item (7) related to Hemp Retail Operation Requirements. Healthy Hemp Outlet is transparent with the State of Florida and happy to work side by side to help our residents learn about hemp with compliance with the State of Florida.
