CBD Sales Across State Lines Are Changing Soon

The FDA is making progress to allow the sale of CBD infused food and drinks to be sold across state lines. These steps may even result to a bigger shift in which some of the final federal laws that were keeping banks from participating in working with cannabis companies may be lifted. Requirements are being decided and put into place to make sure that as the Hemp Industry continues to grow, there is a foundation of framework to go off of. The fact that the FDA even acknowledges this is one of the next steps, shows that they are willing to update the next set of laws for expansion of cannabis.
