Use this when placing an order over the phone.
Once you pay for your order over the phone you will:
- Add this "PHONE ORDER" item to your cart
- Complete the checkout process
- Enter your SHIPPING ADDRESS (we need this)!
- For Payment Method use PHONE ORDER for payment method
- Submit your order.
